ABOUT ME
At 14 years old I decided to go all-in on my dream to work in marketing. Here's my full story:

Eight years ago, I thought I was going to be a software engineer. Code, hoodie, startup dreams — the whole thing.

Then I pivoted. At 15.

Somehow I ended up doing marketing instead — shooting videos, running Meta ads, and convincing local small businesses to let a teenager handle their advertising.

My first “clients”?
• A mechanic
• A restaurant
• A paint shop
• And an HVAC business

(Okay, fine — 3 out of 4 were my cousins. You gotta start somewhere 😅)

The crazy part? They were happy. The ads worked. The videos looked good.

But I wasn’t. I had no idea what I was doing or why I was doing it.

That was my first taste of business — and my first taste of confusion.

Then I decided to double down. I joined an 8-month marketing bootcamp.
My goal wasn’t just to learn the technical stuff — I wanted to meet people actually doing this for real.

Halfway through, the instructors pulled me aside.
They called me a “wunderkind” and offered me a full-time role.

By 18, I was running online events, webinars, and quiz funnels that pulled in 20,000+ inbound leads and over €600,000 per year in revenue.

At 19, after work I became an instructor — teaching Growth Marketing, Email Automation, CRO, and HubSpot to 650+ students.

At 22, I was behind AIatWork, Brainster's flagship SaaS product, building the growth engine from quiz funnels to paid acquisition to CRM automation.

At 23, I joined Valuecase, a pre-seed B2B SaaS in Hamburg, as their solo Growth Lead.

I owned ~€40k/month in paid media across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, cut CPL by 40%, and built marketing AI automation tools that saved us ~30 hours a month on reporting and analysis.

The vast experience I have gained working across the whole marketing funnel allows me to shape a strong CRO output for my clients which results in optimized ad spend, decrease in CPA/CPL, and increase in sales.

This means having complete control over the entire CRO process: UX audits, user research, strategy, wireframing, copywriting, data analysis, reporting, presentations, and of course, A/B testing.

Because nothing beats the dopamine hit of a winning A/B test. :)

We had 60,000+ inbound leads sitting in our CRM and no strategy to talk to them. No schedule. No template.

While we kept spending money on Meta ads to reach the same people we already had for free!

Sounds stupid right?

So I took over and fixed it. Moved us to a proper Newsletter platform (Beehiiv), built a clean template, wrote a copywriting and design playbook, set a weekly schedule, added deliverability checks, and built a reporting dashboard so every send actually meant something.

The result?

Open rate: 19% → 41% (+115%)
Click rate: 0.4% → 3.2% (+700%)
Unsubscribes: 1.5% → 0.5%

We stopped burning ad money and started building relationship with our email leads. The strategy went from “send whenever we have a sale” to “this newsletter thing prints attention and conversions every week.”

Every weekly newsletter sent brought us at minimum of €12,000 in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) for brainster.co

Imagine going from €0 to €48,000 new ARR added every month - FOR FREE, from a lead list you already had sitting in your CRM.

P.S. the newsletter content was also distributed on our CEO's Linkedin Profile, resulting in social proof which brought us new conversations and deals.

Side Project: Can AI Replace You? (2025)

I created a quiz from scratch, designed to generate inbound leads for our flagship subscription product "AI at Work".

This one wasn’t planned. While we were moving offices, I ended up sharing a room with our Head of Sales - Ivana.

I listened to the calls all week.The pitch was solid — but it was about the product, not the person.
One afternoon I said, “Can I suggest something?” Grabbed the whiteboard behind my desk and drew five stages a lead needs to move through — from A → B.
(I knew the journey — I’d been a Brainster student myself five years earlier.)

We changed everything:
→ From explaining the bootcamp schedule to understanding the student motivation, skills, and goals.
→ From “here’s what our program includes” to “here’s where you’ll be after you finish.”
→ Cut 40-minute meetings into short phone qualification calls to save time.
→ Filtered out weak leads fast (huge time savings).
→ Sent high-quality leads to top reps using the info from their forms and CRM lead scores.

My thesis paid off: if we called leads faster and assigned the good ones to our best salespeople, we’d achieve higher conversions with less time spent selling.

Before, we booked 40-minute meetings with every lead — and 40% never showed up. That meant 40% of our calendar was wasted every week, including our top salespeople’s time!!!

Result? +72% improvement in lead-to-sale conversion in almost half the time spent in sales meetings.

We were spending more every month on paid advertising — but getting less back. CTR was dropping, frequency climbing, and revenue flat. As the growth person, I got the call to fix it.

→ I sat with our head of paid advertising and we re-built the full Meta, Google & Linkedin Ads strategy.
→ Rewrote ad copy from long “feature dumps” to short, curiosity-driven lines that made people want to click.
→ Switched visuals from over-designed graphics to organic photos — real people, real context.
→ Set up retargeting across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for leads already in our CRM.
→ Set up a tracking tech stack from ad to landing page to CRM so every lead and sale could be traced back to its campaign.
→ Worked with a developer to auto-export UTM data into Google Sheets for daily reports — we finally knew which ads brought real conversions, not just clicks.

We stopped chasing “good CTRs” and started scaling what brought actual customers (conversions).
